Help me build a simple example using Stacksync. Tell me how pricing works, and briefly tell me whether this product will be easy for you to manage. Let me know if you get blocked. If this product has no developer workflow you can act on, say so plainly and stop. Stay light: use the hosted product through its SDK or API. Do not start local service stacks or wait for long-running commands; if the quickstart requires either, say so plainly and stop.
Thinking…

I'm trying to figure out what Stacksync actually is—it could be a workspace management tool, or possibly a sync or data platform I'm not immediately recalling.

I'm noticing the npm package "stacksync" is just a basic sync-to-async utility, not the actual product the user mentioned. They're probably referring to Stacksync, a real product company, but there's ambiguity here—the npm package is unrelated and I don't have verified knowledge about a product called "Stacksync" with documented SDK or API access.

Let me check if there's network access available to verify what the actual product is.

The platform

## Three products in one platform. Guarantee compliance and guardrails.

AI Genies

### Cross-system AI Genies that predictably follow your SOP.

Genies run agentic processes on live operational data: multi-system reconciliation, exception triage, enrichment, case preparation. Genies run at the same time in the background, even when you sleep.

1. Create Genies in minutes without code, even from MCP.

Describe your use case, overall steps and start iterating while seeing the Genie in action.
2. Improves over time

Genies use every run to enrich your SOP with context and experience. Genies become predictable executions, almost deterministic. Less variability, lower costs, and faster execution.
3. Enterprise flows you can control

Every Genie and employee can only access the data you authorize, down to record and field-level precision. Monitor and log every agent step, define guardrails, audit logs and MCP gateway for the stricter policies.

[Explore AI Genies](https://www.stacksync.com/ai-agents)

Enterprise OS

### Let anyone build and securely deploy apps.

Stacksync Enterprise OS gives your team a fully managed way to roll out custom-built apps and stay compliant from day one; IT keeps SSO, roles, access rights, audit and infra management.

# Stacksync, Real-Time, Two-Way Data Sync Platform

> Stacksync provides data synchronization, workflow automation, and AI agents for enterprise processes. Its connector guides explain documented object coverage, account prerequisites, permitted read/write directions, and limitations. Two-way sync requires compatible supported configurations in both systems. The site lists 303 systems and 5,340 EDI trading partners across 1,193 EDI channels; catalog inclusion does not guarantee a ready-to-use integration. Confirm requirements with the team and measure the selected flow in a pilot.

Page links below point to the markdown version of each page where one exists (the page URL plus ".md", /index.md for the home page). Remove ".md" for the HTML page. Full summaries of every key page: https://www.stacksync.com/llms-full.txt.

- [Home](https://www.stacksync.com/index.md): Stacksync provides AI agents, data sync, workflow automation, event queues, managed databases, and EDI for cross-system business processes. Sync direction, object coverage, permissions, and freshness depend on the…

## Two-way sync (CRM/ERP, databases, warehouses)

### Connectors and integration pairs

> 303 catalog entries. Integration pages distinguish documented Stacksync read/write support from vendor API context; a pair page is not proof of a supported connector. 45,753 integration pages live at https://www.stacksync.com/integrations/{a}-and-{b} (alphabetical slugs, e.g. https://www.stacksync.com/integrations/hubspot-and-netsuite). Pair guides include object planning, record identity, workflow-specific acceptance checks, implementation choices, and downloadable planning worksheets. Conceptual mappings require validation against the actual account schema and connector support. Confirm both objects and write directions before selecting two-way sync. Per-app directories at https://www.stacksync.com/connectors/{slug} group eligible pair guides by category.

Thinking…

There's a quickstart page: docs.stacksync.com/start-here/quick-start. Also, I'll check pricing at stacks in.com/pricing. Let's grab both. I'll also check whether there's an SDK/API (they have an API proxy, MCP). The critical issue is whether I can build a working sample without credentials. Building a sample requires an account + API key + connected sources (like Salesforce), which probably requires a demo/enterprise contract. Let me check the quickstart and pricing.

Now I've got the pricing info. Next up: can I actually build a working example? The quickstart is UI-based: sign up at app.stacksync.com, connect the app (Salesforce, etc.), map tables in the dashboard. The Management API ("Management API, Config as code") is only available on Pro (annual $3,000/month). Is there a public API reference? The docs have an "API Proxy" section (Airtable/Salesforce API proxy) and MCP. Let me check if there are API docs where I can actually do something without credentials. Even if an API exists, building a working example would require an account + paid plan + an actually connected SaaS app (Salesforce credentials). This is a blocker: no free self-serve developer workflow exists, the quickstart requires signing up, connecting a live CRM/ERP account via OAuth in a browser, and operating the hosted dashboard. Also, the API (Management API) is gated behind the $3,000/month Pro plan and a demo booking.

Following instructions: I can't act without credentials; the quickstart is dashboard-based, requires signing up and connecting a live third-party account, and the API is behind an enterprise/demo paywall. I should state clearly that I'm blocked, stop, and not build anything locally. Let me quickly check if there's public API documentation (docs.stacksync.com/api or an api reference). The homepage llms-full.txt might have mentions of the Management API docs. Quick check.

Export the mapping JSON from each Heroku Connect connection and take a schema-only dump of the target database. Stacksync proposes field mappings that the buyer reviews and changes, and field names can differ as long as types are compatible, so the export serves as the checklist: every mapped field needs a matching column and field mapping. The page does not claim a direct import; it tells readers to ask the Stacksync team on the scoping call whether the exported mappings can be loaded for them. Pro and higher plans include the Management API and config as code for maintaining the configuration afterwards.
> Stacksync embedded two-way sync runs one two-way sync per customer between that customer's CRM or ERP (such as Salesforce, HubSpot or NetSuite) and a database a SaaS or AI product owns, such as Postgres or Snowflake. The Management API and configuration as code for syncs (Pro plan and up) let the product's backend create each customer's sync from one template, the API proxy handles writes that need an immediate answer, and the Issues dashboard handles failed write-backs. White-label is an Enterprise feature.
- H1: "Embedded two-way sync for SaaS and AI products." Subtitle: per-customer Salesforce, HubSpot and NetSuite sync into the product's own Postgres, Snowflake or warehouse, managed from the product's code through the Management API on Pro and up.
3. Create a sync per customer from the template. The customer's own admin authorizes the connection with their account credentials (for example OAuth for Salesforce, token-based authentication for NetSuite), and Stacksync holds those credentials, so the product does not store them. The authorization screen depends on the connector; confirm it per system in a proof of concept. The Management API and configuration as code for syncs (Pro and up) let a backend create and update each sync from the template; confirm during scoping how each customer authorizes their connection.
- Paragon's documentation (checked September 2026) describes it as integration infrastructure: users connect apps through its Connect SDK, Workflows and ActionKit run integration logic and actions, and Managed Sync pipes data from those apps into the product.
- Pro adds (everything in Starter, plus): 3 active syncs, 1M records in sync, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and HIPAA, Management API and Configuration as Code, live support in a dedicated Slack channel, processing regions.
- Extensibility: Stacksync's Management API and Configuration as Code (for syncs and for workflows) are Pro and above; Infrastructure as Code via GitHub is Enterprise only.
  3. Connection credentials: Stacksync stores OAuth tokens, API keys and database passwords encrypted. They can be revoked or rotated in the source system at any time.
- Portable configuration: workflows can be defined as YAML or JSON files on every plan; from Pro up, the Management API and Configuration as Code cover syncs and workflows; Enterprise adds infrastructure as code through GitHub.

Thinking…

Confirmed: no published API reference, no SDK on npm/PyPI (the "stacksync" package on npm is an unrelated sync-to-async utility). The Management API is limited to Pro plan and above ($3,000/month), and there's no public documentation. The quickstart is entirely dashboard/UI-driven: sign up, connect live SaaS apps (Salesforce/HubSpot, etc.) via OAuth in a browser, map tables/fields in the UI, and toggle sync on.

Therefore: can't build an executable sample. Need to communicate clearly and stop. Will provide pricing overview and evaluation of ease of management.

I researched Stacksync (stacksync.com — the real-time two-way data sync platform). Here's where things stand:

I'm blocked — stopping here

I can't build a runnable example, and I'm stopping rather than faking one. Reasons:

  1. No public SDK or API. There's no stacksync package on PyPI, and the npm package named stacksync is an unrelated sync-to-async utility (not this product). There's no published API reference, OpenAPI spec, or docs endpoint (I checked docs.stacksync.com/api*, api.stacksync.com — all 404).
  2. The developer-facing "Management API" is paywalled and undocumented. It's a Pro-plan-and-up feature ($3,000/mo, demo-gated), with no public reference docs — only marketing mentions of it.
  3. The quickstart is entirely UI-driven and requires live third-party accounts. Per docs.stacksync.com/start-here/quick-start: sign up at app.stacksync.com → connect real apps (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) via browser OAuth → map tables and fields in the dashboard → toggle sync on. I can't do browser OAuth into your CRM/ERP, and I have no Stacksync credentials.

So: this product has no developer workflow I can act on right now. If you can provide a Stacksync account with Pro access (Management API key) or want me to write a speculative scaffold against the undocumented API, say so — otherwise this is where I stop.

How pricing works

Usage-based, sized by records kept in sync (from stacks sync.com/pricing):

PlanPrice (billed annually)Key limits
Starter$1,000/mo ($1,400 month-to-month)1 active sync, 50K records, 3 collaborators, community support
Pro$3,000/mo3 syncs, 1M records, Management API + config-as-code, SOC 2/ISO/HIPAA, Slack support
Managed Pro$4,200/moPro + dedicated US engineering team, 24/7 incident response
EnterpriseCustomUnlimited syncs, SSO/SCIM, IaC via GitHub

Separately: AI Genies (their agent product) from $200/mo usage-based, and Enterprise OS app hosting from $5/mo per app.

Would it be easy for me to manage?

Not currently. The core product is a hosted, dashboard-first platform — day-to-day management (connectors, table/field mapping, issues dashboard) is GUI work. The programmatic surface that would make it agent-manageable (Management API, config-as-code, YAML/JSON workflow definitions) exists but is gated behind a $3k/mo plan with no public documentation, so I can't verify or script against it. Once on Pro+ with an API key and docs access, config-as-code would likely make it reasonably manageable; today it isn't.
